

​What is a Sound Meditation?
A sound meditation (sometimes known as a sound bath) is when you let soothing, relaxing vibrations and sounds wash over you to help re-tune your body and mind. A common misconception with sound baths is that water is involved. However, this is not the case, you will not be getting into a bath. Instead, a sound bath refers to the waves of sound involved. No experience is needed. You just relax and allow yourself to be immersed in the sound waves and frequencies of different instruments.

I start by using breath-work to begin to calm the body and mind. I will then guide you through a meditation or visualisation using many different instruments including tuning forks, ocean drums, seed chimes, zephyr chimes and crystal singing pyramids. Once you are relaxed and comfortable, I use the frequencies from crystal singing bowls to help you to drop into a deeper state of relaxation.
